    Are you sure chatting software is used by other big consultancy companies too ? $199 looks to steep to me for such software. I am sure there must be some open source software too for live chat on websites

    I just did little search and found this http://sourceforge.net/projects/webim/ on sourceforge. I will spend more time on it to find more open source and free alternative. Please you also do it and tell me if you find good options.
