In my last post, I had talked about how you can block Indian ip range using .htaccess file, now in this post, I am going to talk about a very easy method (specially for those who are addicted to using cpanel because of its easy itnerface), you can also block any IP using cPanel also.

here is a step by step guide to block any IP from cPanel which is spamming your site.

1. Open cPanel and under security, find “IP Deny Manager” and open it

2. In the IP Deny manager window, you can fill the IPs which you want to block. You can also block the full IP range using hyphens or through CIDR method

Unfortunately cPnael do not provide any option of uploading any file so if you want to block any country, you have to manually add the IP range, though in that case, going with the .htaccess way is much better.
