One will definitely be shocked and bewildered on noticing blood on the toilet paper. Anything serious with the body?, hemorrhoids? Rectal dis-functioning? So many things creep into our minds. c)    Other symptoms like constipation, dark stool and diarrhea refer to Colorectal Polyps.
It is important to know the proper symptom so as to go for correct prescription. These kind on bleeding are mainly treated in three ways: Checking the volume of blood for anemia, to find the location of bleeding and to observe the active bleeding so as to prevent it. 

It can cause large amount of blood to get drained off the body, and might further cause weakness, feeling of dizziness, irritation and has reportedly caused fainting in many cases. It is very important that the blood on toilet paper is not ignored and should be taken seriously. We might just be ignoring some potential disease which might cause blunder at a later stage.
