Colon Flush

We hear a lot about remedies and medications for Colon Flush, but are we clear what exactly they are? Let’s brief out the definition and a little tour of its causes. A Colon is the part of the large intestine between the cecum and the rectum that extracts moisture from food residues before they are excreted. The colon should not be ignored as it might cause severe damage later on. The causes of Colon include high diet of fat, low fiber intake, aging and even genetic factors are also responsible for it.

Colon Flush:- Flushing of the colon with use of liquid solutions so as to remove the materials from rectum or colon and further helps in eliminating toxins from the bowels.

How is colon flush done? During this treatment a small tube is inserted into rectum and the speculum is attached to a hose. The irrigation machine pups warm water and the muscles start contracting.  This contraction forces the faces to be pushed out and warm sensation can be felt at the time of excretion.

Some cautions to know about colon flush: Those suffering from Crohn;s disease, hemorrhoids, diverticulitis or tumors in the intestines should avoid this irrigation therapy.  This therapy is well known with good popularity and the good news is that it does not cause any pain. It ensures maintaining of good health an even prevents illness. Although some people allege that this treatment is short term and has potential of spreading disease with life threatening impacts there are very rare records showing its failure. Some benefits that we can get through Colon Flush are like Weight Loss, Smooth bowel movement, removal of bacteria     an less chances of Constipation and Diarrhea.

Side effects of Colon Flush: However there are some side effects that we need to have a look for like Cramps and pain in the abdominal area. Often there are reports of bloated feeling, and electrolyte imbalance resulting in fainting, liver toxicity and blood in stool.
