Using wordpress plugin who sees your ads, you can control and manage who sees your ads.

For example, regular readers do get ad blind and showing them too many ads can often turn them off.

Who Sees your Ads can be configured on the basis of various parameters like whether the user is first time or a regular user, whether he has come from google search engine or from some other website or whether he is looking new posts of the blog or old posts.

Do note that showing different content to users and search engines is cloaking and is not liked by google and can penalize your website but as long as you are treating search engine bots as regular user, you will be fine. I haven’t used the plugin on this blog so its difficult for me to comment on plugin functionality but as long as they are using cookies and referrers instead of user agents, you can safely use this plugin.
