Why Debt cure? It is very difficult for one who has faced a bankruptcy or has a massive load of debt. There is no doubt that life becomes very difficult finding a shade to hide oneself is even impossible. It is always easy to take credit and debt, but it is very difficult to face the loan givers when the dead line is approaching fast. One can blindly think of two possible solutions debt cures.
a)    File bankruptcy
b)    Make debt settlement with the creditor of the bank
After a survey conducted on many such cases, a conclusion arrives that debt settlement is the best solution as a debt cure and has many advantages over bankruptcy.
Debt settlement and bankruptcy as a Debt cure:
a)    When we do not file bankruptcy, there is a chance that we can hold our credit history.
b)    In case of filing bankruptcy, we are forced to liquidate some of the property to pay back the money, but this is not the case in debt settlement.
c)    But here, the public is not allowed to know the details of the settlement.
d)    The total outstanding is reduced to a low level in settlement.
e)    With a settlement, we will be able to schedule further payments and make sure that we repay all the money in time and regain the credit history.
f)    These debt cures allows elimination of medical bills, hospital bills, gas or unsecured personal loans.
g)    The debt that cannot be eliminated by the debt cures are – tax debt, student loan, mortgage, car loans and child support.
So there are lots of debt cures that can provide with a rebuilding facility so as to regain the lost credit report. However we should keep one thing in mind that is not to play around with bank and its policies. It is not always easy to end up with a settlement or to file a bankruptcy. There are any other ripple effects that should be considered before we think of these debt cures.
