1. First of all, you can not delete adsense account in the sense of deleting a file on desktop. Since now all google web properties are connected with each other including adsense, your gmail account will still be there. The only thing you can do is stop using adsense, remove all adsense codes from site and never open http://google.com/adsense

2. If you are a premium adsense user, you can mail to google and tell them to remove your premium status though this is also optional.

3. If the reason for you to delete your adsense account is that you are worried some of your personal information will get leak, lets be assured, it won’t happen.
