Excessive Head Sweating
Excessive head sweating is frequently considered as a serious problem that causes extreme sweating on scalp, frontal hairline and upper forehead. • Menopause
Menopause is another reason which causes excessive head sweating. This is mainly visible in women. During the menopause hot flush occurs that is accompanied by the intense heat on the head and upper part of the body. Menopause also leads to rapid heart beat and high blood pressure problems among women.
• Heat Rash
Those who spend a lot of time working in the fields or outside the house are more likely to suffer from excessive head sweating.
• Skipping Meals
If you skip your meals, then there is a probability of low blood sugar levels that in turn can lead to excessive sweating on various parts of the body.
• Heart Attack
Excessive head sweating also causes heart problems or may lead to heart attack in both men and women.
• Family History
If your close relatives or family members are suffering from excessive head sweating, you may be prone to develop this problem.
Excessive Head Sweating- Treatment
It is mandatory for an individual to consult a physician for proper diagnosis and medication. People may opt for effective surgeries and operations that assist in preventing excessive head sweating completely. Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy (ETS) is the best surgical operation used to cure this problem. It involves chest incision and clamping of nerves which causes too much head sweating. This operation usually takes an hour and the patients get discharged on the same day. Physicians may advice you to continue with the medication for few more weeks in order to get rid of this disease forever.
Things to consider
• In order to eliminate this problem one should stop consuming strong antibiotics, antidepressant drugs and antiperspirants frequently as they consist of aluminum chloride which causes excessive head sweating.
• Avoid excessive use of body lotions and creams especially during summers because it causes extreme sweating and irritation on various body parts. These include head, face, neck etc.
• One can opt for other medical treatments like botox injections as they assists in healing hyperhydrosis areas such as armpits, face, head and feet.

There is a condition called hyperhidrosis and it causes excessive sweating. Even when not working hard. I do not know a lot about it myself honestly. There are ways to cure it though I have read. There is a site in my source which leads to good info on the problem and how to get rid of it.
