Unlesss you are living in a cave, I am sure you must have heard about Linkedin. Its a great site to make business contacts and to stay in touch with colleagues and to find jobs.
Now there is another thing which is great about linkedin is that using it, you can find latest dates of Events, Conferences and Seminars happening in your city or country as well as in your niche.
Linkedin auto suggest events, Conferences and Seminars which it feels are related to you but you can also join various communities related to your interest and niches to get more targeted suggestions from linkedin.

Yes, I am also a member of linkedin and though I haven’t used it fully but I can say that it has great features specially if you are in corporate world.
