Flat Tummy
Worried about getting into jeans that look awkward? Almost everyone in this world fantasizes for a flat tummy and why not, we all want to look smart. Especially ladies are a lot more concerned about the weight gain and fat accumulation at early ages.
It is really encouraging to know that reducing and achieving flat tummy is not a very difficult of impossible. All we need is to be determined and give continuous effort towards it. a) First and foremost step is to regularize the diet. Reduce the fat intake and concentrate more on protein and fiber consumption. Fiber is important because it replaces the calorie and more energy or fat consumption is required to digest them. So we can burn the excess fat by this methodology.
b) Drinking plenty of water is highly recommended. This not only provides with flushing away the foul fluids from our body, they help get rid of bloatedness. It is more preferable to drink cold water.
c) Make a habit of walking or jogging for atleast 30 minutes every day. This helps a lot in burning fats and increases rate of metabolism.
d) Eat handful of almonds every morning, as they are the healthiest snacks available with optimum protein.
e) Exercising in proper postures can work wonders. Abdominal exercises are considered the best for reducing tummy, so purchase some CDs for exercises and start practicing them at home.
f) Try drinking slim milk in replacement of whole milk.
g) Perform crunches whenever you get free time. It is the most effective exercise for flat tummy.
h) Give proper time interval of around 3 hours in between every meal.
i) Make a habit of eating in small amounts and increase frequency of meals. Each sufficient food to curb hunger and avoid over eating.
With these steps, many have successfully achieved flat tummy and even you can do it. Try it with determination and continue for some months. It is for sure that you will achieve flat tummy within some months.
