This was talked about on the very first day when chrome got officially launched that its logo matches very much with microsoft’s office logo. All the colors are same!

Though to be fair to chrome team, they have used primary colors which are very common in all logos and its not easy to come up with a unique logo when there are thousands around you already. Its just funny though that they have so much resemblance to Microsoft logo.
