How to Join two RSS Feeds

If you are looking to join 2 RSS Feeds to make a single new feed, there are couple of methods which you can follow.

1. You can use Yahoo Pipes - using yahoo pipes, you can join multiple RSS feeds and create new feeds as an output which you can burn on feedburner.

2. use xFruits - There are couple of web services which offers various feed operations like joining feed, one of them is xFruits. You can use xFruits to merge rss feeds and create new feeds.

3. Use FeedRinse - just like xFruits, there is also feedrinse which offers similar new feed creation feature.

4. Google Reader - There is a trick with google reader too using which you can create a new feed from set of feeds. In your google reader account, put the feeds which you want to join under same “tag” and google readers will show a merged feed for all the feeds under that tag. You can also burn such feed in feedburner.

I have heard people using feedburner networks too for joining rss feeds and making a new one but its not for everyone and is more like a hack as feedburner networks is not meant for it. Another hack could be to use dapper although this will take some effort.

If you know any other way of joining feeds then please tell in comments.
