You have a PSP but don’t know how to put videos on your PSP? Don’t worry; it will just be a piece of cake once you will learn how to do it. Here are some steps and facts that can help you to put videos on your PSP

a) Make sure that you have a memory card of 512 Mb.

b) The PSP is not compatible with all the formats for video. It accepts and plays only mp4 format. So it’s better to have a converter that can convert all your video files into mp4. These converters are readily available on the web. You can easily download them and install them. If you are not aware how to convert, there are websites that guides you with it.

c) Make sure that the total size of the videos you want to transfer is not much. Else it will not get accumulated in your PSP.

d) Connect the PSP using the USB that is provided and wait till the connection is complete.

e) Go to settings and press X. you will get an indication if the computer is connected to the PSP or not.

f) Go to My Computer folder and you should see folder named PSP. Open the folder and you should see MP_ROOT. Enter into it and create a folder of any name.

g) Now is the cream of lesson how to put videos on your PSP. All you need to do is drag the desired videos and drop it in this folder. You can also copy and paste the files here.

h) After you are done, make sure you disconnect the PSP properly and you can now start viewing the videos.

Another important fact to learn about how to put videos on your PSP is that done try to disturb or disconnect the cable while the transfer is in process. This might result in data loss and files getting corrupted.
