How to withdraw money from Paypal if Bank deposit option is not available
As per paypal’s latest update, it can take few more days for them to resolve the issue of direct bank transfer, but this doesn’t mean paypal users have no option to withdraw money.
The other 2 options of withdrawing money from paypal are still working, i.e. by through check or through credit card transfer.
1. Check withdrawal - you can withdraw the money through check, something which all Indians were doing till 2008 when there was no direct bank deposit option available. I think this is the best option for the time being, yes, the check will take a week to come to you and three more days for the money to get into your account but still it is a good option if you are not looking for urgent money, also if you read this post, you will see paypal is not looking to charge $5 withdrawal fees for amount less than 7000.
2. Credit card withdrawal - Indians can also withdraw their paypal money to their credit cards with visa logo (master card logo won’t work) and money will get transferred your bank account which is attached with credit card. ICICI and axis bank offer cards with visa logo so you can check this option, make sure you also ask the bank before doing the transfer and may be to your tax consultant if it is big amount.
You can also try xoom.com or payoneer.com to get money from your paypal to local bank account. I will cover them in next posts.

We are a charity and now paypal is saying that Indian law will not allow payment payments where you do not receive goods or services, we receive donations to help suffering animals! We are frozen right now, no withdrawals allowed. Very serious situation.

Hi Sorry to hear about your situation, please contact some CA and layer, they should be able to help you find some workaround to get foreign donations. I think you can use paypal buttons on your site or sell some merchanidize say some small items for $100 and tell the buyers that all the money will go to your charity.
