It seems I am seeing more and more youtube videos which are having audio problems like having very low volume. It seems there is some compression problem when many videos which messes up the volume and audio of it.

Now youtube do provide audio controls but it doesn’t look like it is very helpful as it don’t offer higher range of volumes though you can try to play High quality version of the video and you may get better sound.

Anyway I searched a little and it looks like you can’t do much about it to increase the volume of youtube videos other then to download it on your hard drive and play it, here are two easy alternatives to download youtube videos, one click download and using downloadhelper.
