Lack of Energy
There is a lot of competition in the market, with a small room for mistake. So everyone is busy working, busy earning and tend to neglect our health in this process. It is very important that we maintain our energy level to lead an active and healthy life. With lack of energy, it becomes difficult for us to keep pace with the fast world and ultimately start losing hold of things. It is a common factor that we feel heartless or moreover feel lack of energy after work. Have you ever thought why it is so?
Why we feel fatigued so fast while it was not the case when we were toddlers. Let’s figure out some causes for lack of energy
a) The first and the most important factor is the lack of vitamins in our diet. Eat healthy and feel the difference. Take balanced meals with right combination of nutrition, vitamin, minerals and calories. Sufficient consumption of vitamins can ensure proper energy supply and makes body remain active.
b) Anemic conditions, caused due to reduced levels of vitamins causes lack of energy.
c) Reduced level of iron in body is another factor.
d) Vitamin B12 level in the body is responsible for production of RBC and assists synthesis of carbohydrates and proteins. Deficiency of Vitamin B12 in the body often results in lack of energy.
e) Concentration of Biotin that is another group of Vitamin B in the body plays an important role on the metabolism phenomenon and lower levels results in lack of energy.
Here are some food items recommended for maintaining the energy levels:
a) Healthy intake of Vitamin B12 – fortified cereals, milk, fish and meat
b) Iron – vegetables, meats, sea foods and whole grains
c) Botin – Seeds and eggs
It has been observed in many cases that lack of energy has been responsible for conflicts at home and private affairs. We are not able to give equal importance to our near-and-dear ones. So we can definitely avoid the lack of energy problems by simply organizing our diet and keeping tight schedule.
