Wireless printer servers are the technology that allows any printer to be accessed from anywhere in the local network. It is a fantastic device to use. It just communicates with computer network and makes a queue of the entire printer’s job.

Some of the wireless print servers can have the capacity to make two of your printers’ wireless which would be very useful for anyone who wants to use two different wireless printers. For that you need to have a computer to setup as a server. Actually this facility works on the mechanism of setting up a computer server to which you one or more printers are attached and broadcasting the signals wirelessly. There are 5 basic steps to setting up a wireless print server:

-Install the printer driver of that printer, which you want to make wireless, on every computer on which you want to use printer. System requirements aren’t too high for these servers, but do check them before you buy.

-Connect the printer sever to the network via one computer by either using wireless system or using a USB or Ethernet cable.

-Put the installation CD and follow the directions of installation and install the printer.

-Enter the asked information such as the WEP encryption key code, computer name and etc.

-Now run a test print wizard to chack your printer’s workability.

Such systems can be found for a variety of ports, spaced and operating systems. Choose that device which is suitable for your personal or office use according to your demands. If your demand is high you have to purchase a high quality server or number of servers.
