By default hundreds of Windows services started soon after we start our system. But, most of these services are not quite essential and simply use system resources like physical RAM, processor. You can stop and remove these services manually and quite easily.

[1] First go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools
[2] Here double click on Services icon to get the list of services
[3] On the Services window you can arrange services in order of Starup and you will get all automatically stated services.

[4] Just double click on any service you want to remove.
[5] First stop the service by clicking the STOP button and then from the Statup Type drop box choose DISABLE and click APPLY.

That’s all, in this way you can stop all unnecessary services and free your system resources. You can easily stop services like Bluetooth Support Service, Help and Support, Live Update Notice, Themes, Task Schedule, Automatic Live Update Scheduler etc. At this point, must be sure not to remove any critical system services as it may cause malfunctioning. I am not very sure why anyone want to remove windows service manually ? this is madness and even a small mistake can make your system stop working and you won’t have any option but to install everything again. You can should never edit your registry manually or even with software unless you are willing to take risk of getting your stop working.
