Megaupload Proxy
Megaupload is one of the biggest file hosting websites of the planet and is often blocked in school, colleges and offices. So if you want to download content from megaupload you need a proxy which supports megaupload.
The problem is, it is very hard to find such proxy as not many proxies supports file downloads due to high bandwidth usage. Also sites like megaupload uses their own mechanisms to prevent people using proxies, specially megaupload which has put bandwidth limits on countries and ips so more people will go for premium accounts or download there megaupload toolbar which is a spyware (it changes your browser settings)

Unfortunately most of the proxy sites are not supporting megaupload.itself sucks but this sucks even more

Since megaupload is a file uploading website, you will find very few websites which support megaupload and rapidshare as it will required heavy bandwidth usage. But you can look for some Chinese proxies as I have heard them supporting megaupload.
By the way, you can yourself build a proxy site, you just need a hosting server and some ftp software (no need for frontend)

Wanted to share my ideas: dealing with rapidshare and its search engines (e.g. http://rapidqueen.com/ )you don’t seem to need proxy or anything else…
