Multiple Adsense Accounts Login from Same Computer and IP
This probably will happen rarely but if you are in college university using shared LAN or if your ISP provides shared IP instead of dedicated IP, the chances are multiple adsense accounts can be opened from same IP and it may look to google that the person is using multiple adsense accounts.
If you are worried about such thing then lets be assured, if both accounts are genuine and you accessed the accounts by mistake, nothing will happen. The reason being, Google verifies adsense account address and name so if both accounts addresses are verified, rest assured there is no problem. Infact google don’t mind two adsense accounts getting opened from same computer and IP as two family members can have adsense accounts.
Still if you are worried and want to inform google, you can use this form, fill it and send it to Google saying by mistake you opened multiple adsense accounts from same IP. And from now on, be careful while opening adsense and adwords account from same computer

Me and my friend have different accounts, with different address off course. Can we open our accounts in my office with shared internet connection?? Will I get banned??please advise me before my friend access his account on our office computer since I already used office computer to access my account

Am not sure about that but google offers the option of including a payee name.So you can set up an account in a family member’s name but put yourself as the payment recipient
