I often spend 30 minutes daily looking at all these proxies and approving them and I am more and more seeing such type of proxies which have offers on them instead of ads. Here is one such example -

As you can see just above the search bar, they have some CPA offers, whenever someone clicks on them and takes action (say filling a form), the proxy owner make some money. These CPA are probably a better way of making money from proxy websites then using adbrite and pop up ads, specially on front page.

Two things which I am sure these proxy webmasters must be doing is to -
1. using cookies so for the first time user, show these offers and if he come next time, they can regular google adsense
2. Rotate offers so users don’t get ad blind with them. Many of these CPA offers are interesting and appealing for the proxy crowd, so the conversion can be really good.
