nvsvc32.exe

nvsvc32.exe is a Microsoft Windows operating system executable file and it is part of the NVIDIA graphics card drivers (Detonator). If you are using Nvidia graphics hardware, this nvsvc32.exe executable process should be always enabled on your operating system to function successfully, anyway it is already one of your Windows operating system services that start up automatically with your system start up. But if you are not using the using Nvidia graphics hardware, then you would better disable the nvsvc32.exe process on your system for saving your memory resources.

The nvsvc32.exe executable file location path is C:\Windows\system32\ nvsvc32.exe, if it happens to find another instance of the nvsvc32.exe executable file in your computer, then this has to be a virus, spyware, malware, worm or a Trojan attacking your system and it has to be scanned and omitted from your system permanently preventing your system from severe harms or hackers that can steal your personal information like your passwords or credit card number. You can check how many instances of this process are running on your operating system by checking your task manager (you can get the task manager by stroking Alt+Ctrl+Del) and find the process under the processes tab.

Beside checking the location of your operating system files and making sure they are at the Windows directory and under the subfolder System32, always remember this quote: If a “non-Microsoft” .exe file is located in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 folder, then there is a high risk for a virus, spyware, and Trojan or worm infection!

Other than the viruses disguising in the form of the nvsvc32.exe executable file and the abnormal consumption of memory and CPU, there is a common complaint of the hanging sort about the nvsvc32.exe executable file while logging off the computer, also, it shows a warning in the application event log for this hanging too, this warning states the following description: Windows saved user MYSYSTEM\MYLOGONID registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user’s registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.

These viruses previously mentioned can use the same exact name of the Windows operating system executable files, like the nvsvc32.exe executable file, or add a slight change to the file name as a sort of camouflage. You should remove those spy Trojans named after the nvsvc32.exe executable file from your system immediately.
