Do you live in some non American country say India or Philippines and want to post an ad on craigslist but are not able to do it because before creating your ad, craigslist is asking for phone verification which should be only US based ? well there are few ways through which you can get craigslist phone verified accounts. Here are them -

1. You can use a service like https://www.tossabledigits.com/ which gives virtual phone numbers for $7. You can also get such virtual phone numbers through skype and yahoo answers but I am not sure they will work as craigslist has blocked all such numbers of such services.

There are many many such services which are offering virtual US phone numbers, so you can use any of them.

2. If you know anyone in US (your friend) email him and tell him that you need to verify your cragslist account, you just need to fill his phone number, a code will be sent to him which he can email you. Though do note that these things sometimes work, sometimes don’t due to geo locking.

3. There are lots of people who are selling PVA - Phone verified accounts, just search in google and check various webmaster forums, there are some loopholes in craigslist phone verification process which people are using it to make hundreds of accounts, I think you can get each such account for $5 only.

Here is another simple trick, you can use US based https proxy to login into craigslist from US IPs as in that case, craigslist will not ask you to verify your account. Of course, you do have to create a new acccount as your old account will still be asking for phone verification.
