Poor Blood Circulation

Poor blood circulation is the worst thing that a person can have, where the heart can succumb at any moment. But it is important for us to realize that we are solely responsible for this and our deeds are reflecting here.

Causes of poor blood circulation: the radical damage done to the circulatory system are the prime cause of this condition. Further the lack of nutrition levels and accumulation of toxins in the body have a great potential to cause poor blood circulation. Indigestion of natural vitamins, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals result in breakdown of veins, capillaries and arteries.
