What is RDP – RDP are abbreviation of Remote Desktop Protocol that is a finding of Microsoft and allows users to connect one PC to another by creating a graphical interface. The standard rdp port according to design is 3389 and forms the base of any rdp forwarding activity. With these features, you can go to any router and forward the rdp port and can be able to access your desktop from anywhere. All you need to know is your IP address and the credentials.

The concept of rdp ports is indeed interesting as it provides for wide access across a network and provides you to perform your job without moving out of your place. On a windows operating system like 98 or 2000, you cannot allow multiple client systems to access your system at the same time.
