Strengths of Hitachi P50H401
This model of Hitachi falls in the less expensive category of Plasma TVs in this range. The design is particularly simple and is decent enough to find a home in any living room without any serious changes required.

The Hitachi P50H401 has far better resolutions than the other brands of 50 inch Plasma TVs. The best part of this model is its great day/ night mode, with three sets of memories per input which is perfect for any viewer. Another addition made by Hitachi in this model is the inclusion of a screen saver and a screen wiper which prevents image retention and the auto power saver turns off the TV if there are no signals for 15 seconds.

Hitachi P50H401 has proved to be pretty much economic when compared to other brands of Plasma TVs. The list of connectivity options shows that almost all necessary aspects have been taken care of sufficiently.

Weaknesses of Hitachi P50H401
The Hitachi P50H401 has a bit of a problem in the field of picture sharpness as it is a bit soft as compared to the results of other brands. The other bothersome matter is the remote control which is not at all stylish or even practice to use.

Most of the buttons are crowded together, this makes navigation a bit difficult and call for a deliberate attempt to surf which most of the regular TV viewers do not enjoy. The power saver mode makes the picture very dim.

My Opinion:
Though Hitachi P50H401 has several weaknesses which may be a point of concern for many users, but the price is very attractive for many which can compel them to buy. Definitely a good buy
