Positive Points about Panasonic Viera TH 58PZ750U
The Panasonic TH-58PZ700U is one of the top of the line 58 inch Plasma HD TV. It does make people stop for a second glance because of its impressive looks. This TV really presents a Hi Definition picture with all the qualities which can be defined as true to life.
The remote control can only be defined as the most practical and convenient to handle with large well spaced buttons and has only the required number of keys. This remote can operate three other media devices along with this TV of course. The menu is very easy to use and offers sufficient number of options.
Panasonic TH-58PZ700U gives very accurate color temperature and its black output is far superior to the others. It has five different aspect ratios to choose from, which are sufficient to accommodate any viewer’s choice. The connectivity options available are sufficient to fulfill any user’s needs and appropriately located both at the back and front which also include VGA connectivity for PCs.
Weaknesses of Panasonic Viera TH 58PZ750U
The Panasonic TH-58PZ700U lacks picture in picture option which is available in other TVs of its range.
It has no option available to counter burn-in if occurred. The Panasonic TH-58PZ700U exhibits evidences of slight false contouring. The PC output is unimpressive as the image and the text do not have sufficient sharpness. This is indeed an expensive HD TV not meant for all.
My Opinion:
The Panasonic TH-58PZ700U definitely falls in the top of the line category of HD TV. Though it is very expensive but its price is worth its quality in picture and sound. If you are willing to spend that much you can find better options in that kind of budget for a Plasma TV.
