Strengths of Vizio GV46LF

The Vizio GV46LF is a decent looking 46 inch LCD TV; having speakers which are detachable this decreases its dimension by a few inches. The remote control is easy to use and has back light which makes it very functional even in the dark. It has the capability to operate three other media components as well.

The Vizio GV46LF has the lowest price in the market; this makes it very popular choice for everyone. The menu is simple and full of features and options. There are loads of connectivity options available to connect your TV set with other media components of your choice.

It performs wonderfully well with standard definition input. It is equipped with the picture in picture feature and freeze feature which lets you freeze a screen to get information and appreciate a scene.

Weaknesses of Vizio GV46LF

The basic resolution of Vizio GV46LF is much less than the other LCD TVs in competition. It lacks distinctively in color temperature accuracy. The black level and the shadow detail were found to be lacking a lot, giving just the base line level of black color. It has a poor off angle viewing quality, as the screen on the other side looks brighter.

My Opinion about Vizio GV46LF

The Vizio GV46LF is definitely the cheapest in the market but it also lacks in performance and quality. It would be a better idea to invest in some other models available in the market with a price closer to it and with better performance.
