Strengths of Vizio P50

The Vizio P50 is a 50 inch Plasma TV which is acceptable in appearance and that too at a very affordable price. Its remote control has easily recognizable keys and the menu is very simple and user friendly. It has picture in picture feature for following more than one channel at the same time. It offers sufficient connectivity options to meet all connectivity requirements. It gives an excellent quality of black levels, even better than expensive Plasma TVs in the market. It gives near to perfect image results.

Weaknesses of Vizio P50

The remote control is poorly designed and the color combination makes it very difficult to see in poor light, as this remote control is without a back light. For some unknown reasons the headphone jack is located on the rear panel which is a very inconvenient place for it, especially when the set is mounted on a wall. There are no options to adjust color temperature. It has a major issue of false contouring and color temperature settings.

My Opinion of Vizio P50

The Visio P50 actually is an excellent choice with a very pleasing price tag. It has a perfect performance, in some fields far better than its expensive competitors.
