Yahoo offers Zync, a plugin for yahoo messenger for 9.x series which enables you to watch videos in yahoo messenger. So now you can talk and discuss with friends any video. You can do all basic functions like play/stop/replay of the videos in yahoo messenger itself.

How does Zync Works ?

Just download the plugin from this page. Now you just need to enter the url of youtube video or yahoo video (it may support some other services too, please check it out) and it will embed the played in the chat window. The video will start playing once you click on “Watch with me” button.

Once when the video starts playing, you can send the same url to your friend and they can also see it.
