If you clicked on some video link of youtube and gets this error “This video is not yet processed” then this means that the uploader has just uploaded the video and it is still be processed and reencoded by youtube, normally it takes few mins for youtube to process videos before they become live.

I often see this messaage for people to whom I am subscribed to it as any video which gets uploaded by subscriber, you get notification and I tends to immediately check them.
