* An alternative or Replacement operating system with a valid product key is provided.

How to Overwrite Windows Vista on your PC

Step 1: To start installation putt the installation cd of your alternative OS in your PC’s disc drive.

Step 2: Now restart your computer and boot via CD. Option must be activated through BIOS before it can boot from cd.

Step 3: Start the installation process and Enter the serial key when asked. Choose the current Windows vista drive and format it using the options provided. Install in the same drive.

Step 4: Follow the set-up instructions on the screen and complete the process.

How to Delete Vista from Your PC

Step 1: Backup all your important files before performing any installation or un-installation process.

Step 2: To start the installation process put your Windows Vista installation cd & reboot your PC.

Step 3: Choose the option to format the primary drive where the Windows Vista setup will load.

Tips & Warnings before uninstalling Vista

* You cannot really uninstall Windows Vista from your system. If you want to get rid of it, you must install another OS in your PC instead and overwrite the Windows Vista installation. You should always keep a backup of important files before performing any installation or un-installation process.
* Formatting your hard disk will remove all files & programs on it permanently. You must ascertain before doing this task.
