Let me you a small trick which can be used to unblock any website other than web proxy.

Its known as Google Cache. Please enter this query in your address bar:
http://google.com/search?q=cache:http://example.com where example.com is the site you want to unblock and you can see the cached page from Google index.

The only problem is you won’t be able to access websites which require login/password (for them you will be certainly needing myspace,youtube and facebook proxies etc) but the rest, should work.So you can surf jokes and image website.
