There are many reasons why you may wish to delete your orkut account. You may not be in a position to access your account and stay in touch with your friends on a regular basis. Make sure you have a copy of all the photographs that you have uploaded to orkut. The last thing you want is for some valuable snaps to be lost forever because you deleted your account.

Make it a point to visit various communities and download any and every information that you find useful. Accessing the account and obtaining the information may not be possible once you delete your account.
