Here are the 3 biggest reasons of why adsense accounts get Closed -

1. Having ads on sites which do not comply with adsense policies in terms of content. Its a good idea to read their terms of service once as well as their program polcies. Never put adsese on a site which uses adult content or images, promote hate, violence or crime or related to drugs.

2. Fraud Clicks - the second biggest reason of accounts getting banned are fraud clicks, Many new webmaster who are using adsense clicks on their own ads or ask people to click on their ads, eventually leading to account termination.

3. Multiple Accounts - Few people also keep Multiple adsense account without knowing that it is not allowed, eventually google terminate both accounts.

Most of the accounts gets closed because of these 3 reasons only so just be careful of them, specially of the first reason, and you will be fine.
