How to Check Website in Different Screen Resolutions ?

This is one problem which I often faces of is to check website in different resolutions. So here is one super tip to quickly check the website in different resolutions. Install firefox Web Developer addon.

You can download it from here. Now enable it and click on resize button and then click on Edit Resize Dimensions and enter the value of your resolution you want to check at. Some of the common screen resolutions of websites are -

640x480
800x600
1024x768
1280×720
1280×1080
1440×1080
1920×1080

so you can try all of them to see if your site looks good in them. Do note that almost 50% people nowdays uses 1024x768 resolution and 40%+ uses higher then that so you want to keep the lowest testing website resolution to be 1024x768 only.

If you don't want to use firefox addon, which you should actually, then you can work with http://www.screen-resolution.com/browser.php website. It needs IE to wotk with but its good to Check Website in Different Screen Resolutions.
