From a sizzling bollywood actress to a noted entrepreneur and a tireless social worker, Tina Ambani has certainly come a long way. Born and brought up in Mumbai, Tina was introduced to the tinsel town by Dev Anand, who discovered her in the International Teen Princess Contest in Aruba where she won the titles of Miss Photogenic and Miss Bikini.

After spending more than 10 years in the Mumbai film world, Tina Ambani decided to quit bollywood and move to California to complete her studies. On her return to India, she married Anil Ambani, the son of renowned industrialist Dhiru Bhai Ambani.

After marriage, Tina Ambani hasn’t worked in any films. Apart from bringing up her two sons, she manages the well-known magazine, Harmony. She also organizes The Harmony Show, which is an excellent platform for young artists to exhibit their talent. Tina, much like her sister-in-law Neeta Ambani, is also involved in a number of social and charitable projects like Empowering Indian Senior Citizens.

Fondly called Tina bhabhi by all and sundry, Tina Ambani had the strong fortitude to transform her life from simple next door girl to a bollywood diva to a hardworking entrepreneur and an assiduous social reformer. Without doubt, she is truly a woman of substance, an inspiration for all those women who aspire to make a difference.
