I had written an Air Conditioner review few days back telling you guys that I have purchased Haier Air Conditioner because I got all the cable/tube with it unlike voltas Air conditioners (and others), now here is the problem, It is not working!

Apparently the “gas” of the air conditioner is leaking as per Haier, it took them 7 days to refill the gas and after two weeks, the gas again went out. I have made numerous calls to Haier support and they say they will come and see but nothing has been done so far.

What worries me is, how come a brand new AC doesn’t even start and can be so much faulty ? don’t they check their air conditioners first ? also the level of poor support they have and the lack of interest is mind baffling. When I had purchased by laptop, I got multiple calls from Dell asking if everything is fine, when I had purchased my printer,I got multiple calls from HP asking if it is working fine and here we have a Company named Haier which is not even bother about a client who can potentially take away 100 future customer by telling others his experience!

Anyway I am still struggling to get it repaired, is really frustrated and amazed by such poor product and response of haier and will highly recommend everyone to Avoid Haier Air Conditioners. I will update this post if I make some progress in this although I am filing an application in consumer court as I am expecting all my money back along with compensation.
