Indian Passport Site Problem

This is shocking but it seems the passport site of Indian government has https (SSL) misconfigured and some pages don’t work due to connection failure in firefox. First of all, using https for the whole site don’t make any sense, https should only be used for pages where a person is entering his/her information, like checking passport status. If you are using ssl for the whole site, then at least make sure it is not misconfigured as many people who don’t use internet may get confused with the firefox error of accepting ssl certificate on temporarily basis message.
