Last request could not be processed due to an error condition

"Last request could not be processed due to an error condition. If you are not able to continue with this session"

This is a standard error message of ICICI Bank online portal. ICICI portal often fails to process money transfers and shows this message.

Some of the reasons of showing this messages are -

1. Server failure
2. Connection timeout
3. Too much delay in entering data
