Review of 1 Mbps Unlimited Plan of Airtel

Airtel offers 1 Mbps unlimited as the maximum which also happens to be one of the fastest broadband unlimited plan available in India. The cost of Airtel 1 Mbps unlimited plan is around INR 2400 (including VAT taxes) which is not cheap at all.

I am using Airtel 1 Mbps for the past 1 month and here is speet that I am getting (took this snap 5 mins back)

Review of 1Mbps Unlimited Plan of Airtel

1. I am not seeing any remarkable difference with 512 kbps and 1 mbps speeds.
2. Youtube videos still don't load as fast as I hoping them for.
3. Sites still don't load as fast they should or as I was expecting them to be.

I am paying Rs 750 more but still I can't see much difference in speed though speedtest is showing that Airtel is offering me good speed.

Anyway my personal advice is this - if you want to download lot of things then you can go onto Airtel unlimited 1 Mbps plan otherwise stick to 512 Kbps plan.

For most of the people, 512 Kbps is enough speed even for power browsers who open 10 websites in one go.
