Suggestions to eBay to Improve Paypal

Paypal being the biggest online payment service has its shortcomings and is repetitively targeted by scammers.

So here are my suggestions to eBay on how they can improve paypal -

1. Better Support - The first thing ebay can do for paypal is to improve the support. I don't know how many people are in the paypal support but since they ebay had bought paypal for 1.5 Billion USD and paypal certainly makes few hundred million dollars every year for ebay, I guess they can afford to give better support then the current automated email support. What paypal need to do is to get rid of these emails and give a better support.

2. Cover non Tangible items - Paypal has to make some special policies to cover non tangible items like services and electronic products. Its alright if they come up with some new policies as something is better then nothing.

3. Buyer and Seller agreements - Paypal should also support buyer and seller agreement which will help in smooth transactions and will not require paypal to mediate in disputes. Infact such agreements can really make paypal a Great service to be used.

4. Escrowing - Paypal can also start supporting escrowing with a higher percentage of fees then the current model. Escrow.com is doing this since a long time so why can't paypal do this.
